Cancellation & Refund Policy

Donations Are Non-Refundable

• All donations made to Sanstha Lokhitam are final and non-refundable.

• Since donations are voluntary contributions towards welfare activities, refunds cannot be processed once the transaction is completed.

  Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

  • In case of any duplicate payment, wrong transaction, or technical error, donors may contact us within 48 hours with valid proof of transaction. After verification, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  Event Registration or Paid Activities

  • If Sanstha Lokhitam organizes any paid event or activity, cancellation or refund requests will be handled as per the specific event guidelines, which will be shared separately.

  • If an event is canceled by the NGO, the registration amount (if any) will be refunded.

  Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (in exceptional cases) may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the donor’s bank account.
